Artway Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility & Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted, and refunds can be declined.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with missing components, we will gladly replace it free of charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
In these cases, Artway covers all return shipping costs and will organize the replacement or refund process for you.
Please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another product due to personal reasons (for example, you changed your mind or prefer a different design), you can do so within 30 days of delivery.
In this case, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the exchange is requested because of a product defect or damage, Artway will cover all shipping costs and handle the replacement process from start to finish.

Refund Timing
